Bonsoy Almond Milk Coffee Recipes

During World Plant Milk Day, we invited influencers from around Manila to share their coffee recipes with us!

If you’ve decided to consume plant milk instead of dairy, you have been a part of the collaborative effort in helping reduce our planet’s carbon footprint. World Plant Milk Day is also a reminder that drinking plant milk has many benefits, including your health, ethics, and environment.

Honey Almond Milk Cold Brew


1 coffee tea bag

1/2 cup hot water

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 tbsp honey

1/4 cup Bonsoy Almond milk


  1. Place the coffee in a jar.

  2. Pour the hot water into the jar and leave it to simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Add ice cubes into a glass.

  4. Layer the top inner portion of the cup with honey.

  5. Pour the cooled-down coffee.

  6. Add the Bonsoy Almond milk.

  7. Optional: pour cream at the top.

Cinammon Almond Latte

1/2 cup Bonsoy Almond milk

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 or 2 shots espresso


  1. In a glass, sprinkle the bottom with cinnamon.

  2. Pour 1/4 cup of almond milk and mix well.

  3. Add the ice.

  4. Pour the espresso.

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon at the top.


Silver Coffee


1 cup ice cubes

1/2 cup Bonsoy Almond milk

1/2 cup brewed coffee

1 tsp edible silver powder


  1. Put the ice into a glass.

  2. In a separate container, mix the brewed coffee and the edible silver.

  3. Pour the brewed mix into the ice.

Maple Almond Latte


2 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup Bonsoy almond milk

1/2 cup ice cubes

1/2 cup brewed coffee


  1. Pour the maple syrup at the bottom of the glass.

  2. Pour 1/2 cup of almond milk.

  3. Froth the almond milk.

  4. Add the ice cubes.

  5. Add enough coffee until it fills the glass.


Iced Coffee Vanilla with Cocoa Almond Milk Foam


1/2 cup Bonsoy Almond milk

1 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp brown sugar

3 cubes of ice

1 cup espresso

1 tsp vanilla


  1. Pour 1/4 of the almond milk into a cup.

  2. Use a frother to create froth.

  3. Add the cocoa powder and the brown sugar.

  4. Froth again, and set aside.

  5. In another cup, add ice and pour the mixture.

  6. Add the espresso and vanilla.

  7. Add Almond milk and top it with the frothed mix.
